    Thrusters – 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 170 (30 lb pr)
    Two minute challenge = 115 lbs, 33 reps

    Yesterday- Saturday Rx’d 20:15 – I spent half of the entire time on the turkish get ups…not a fan

    Thrusters – 165, 185, 205, 210, 215, 220(legit PR), 225(F)

    I thrustered 225 one time in the past but my hips weren’t below my knees; today I did 220 with my hips below my knees and my elbows locked out at the top, so I’m considering today’s 220 as a real PR.

    7×1 thrusters – 75,85,90,95,100,105(f),105….10lb PR

    2 min shoulders to overhead – 28 I was hoping that 75lbs would feel light after those thrusters but that definitely was not the case, especially after I had to put the bar down.

    Thrusters – worked up to 120# (tied PR)
    Then
    2 min shoulders to overhead 75# – 39 reps. Still SO sore from push ups and dips from Saturdays wod so might try that 2 min challenge again.

    Thrusters: worked up to the115# which is pr by 5#.36 rep s for BTW challenge. Michelle- that is awesome!! Great work for 1st time doing them!

    Thrusters 115, failed twice on 120 (so close might I add on both) Then 37 reps shoulder to overhead. Yeah, Michelle- I dont know you and all, but 140. Thats beastly! 🙂
