Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups (with Band), the second 8 are push-ups (from Knees), the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    “Tabata Something Else”: 69 pull-ups, 61 push-ups, 88 situps, 130 squats = 348.

    Tabata Something Else rx’d: 91+52+130+160 = 433 ..22 reps better than a score I was super excited about 6 months ago!

    Wow, lots of long, tough workouts this week. Good job everyone.

    Tabata Something Else rx’d: 52+70+102+142=366 Today was the best I’ve ever felt doing pull ups (wish I knew why).

    Tabatas two days in a row, CRAZY. Glad tomorrow is a rest day.

    Tabata Something Else rx’d: 108+61+93+114 = 376
    which is 32 less reps then in April! Yeah, I got worse 🙁

    I blame this on Billy not coming in the a.m. which has killed my motivation…that’s right, its all Billy’s fault.
