Tabata Fight Gone Bad

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:

Wall-ball, 10 ft target. (Reps) (20/14) (14/10) (10/6)
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps) (75/55) (55/35) (35/25)
Box Jump (Reps) (20″) (12″) (8″)
Push-press (Reps) (75/55) (55/35) (35/25)
Row (Calories)

There is no additional rest between exercises.

Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

    Finally made it to the gym in the morning today 🙂

    Tabata FGB rx’d – 42 (WB- 8, SDHP- 8, BJ- 15, PP- 7, Row- 4). Should have done more push press, but the first round of them was so hard after box jumps

    Tabata FGB rx’d – 52 (WB- 10, SDHP- 10, BJ- 17, PP- 10, Row- 5).
    I agree with Z, I should have tried for 11 or 12 on push press but talked myself out of it after the first round. Everything else I had about right.
