Today’s WOD as Rx’d – 5:40 …3 mins faster than when I did this one last October…and I beat old Bobby 🙂

Should have shaved at least 15 seconds off of this one…lot’s of traffic in the gym today.
Finally going to get with the online program here. Today’s RX’d–8:24 I think. Brutal on the hands!
Followed by Bradshaw make-up RX’d 24:40-ish, not so fun after today’s WOD plus not the best at DU’s.
Today’s wod rx’d: 9:39
Then did 50 ghd sit-ups with 20# vest: 2:51 though I’ll need to try this again because I didn’t touch the ground every time, there were some that I just touched the bottom of GHD machine.
Today’s WOD – 5:25. A good 2:30 faster than last time. Glad this one came up again…been wanting to do it again for a while
