  1. Shelley says:

65, 85,95,105,115(F),115, 110 The 115 wasn’t pretty but it did tie my power clean PR. Don’t worry Bobby, I will continue to work on my form when the weight gets heavy.

  2. Jaime says:

    Yesterday’s WOD as Rx’d (w 95# OHS) – 3:57 (44 sec better than a few months ago)
then, did the 100m sprints (not timed)

Might do cleans tonight, otherwise going to rest for “Grace” on Saturday 🙂

  3. Ash says:

    HC 135, 165, 185, 205, 215(PR), then PC 220, 225
    then
    100m Sprints

  4. Billy says:

Hang Clean – 185, 205, 225(f), 225 PR, 230(f), 230(f), 230(caught it and dropped it due to poor footwork) I’ll get it next time for sure.

I quit doing the sprints after watching Bart’s hammy explode!!! I think I’ll do a 5k tonight instead…

  5. Bobby says:

Hang Clean – got up to 215 and couldn’t do anymore

Jackie – 5:25 but I noticed I have 1 meter left on the row when I was about half way through the thrusters so the time is still running on my row 🙁 I guess that’s what I get for gliding across the finish line rather than rowing through it
