    Today’s wod with 95 lb overhead squat and 50 double unders = Somewhere around 8-9 minutes. I was working for extra credit and was on my way to five rounds.

    2010 Northwest Regional WOD1 – 13:14

    This damn workout has found a way to get me everytime. I felt really good and was on pace for a 7:00 or 8:00 finish until the last 5 OH squats. Then it got fairly comical. So frustrating! I need to get this workout right one of these days…it’s driving me insane

    Today’s WOD @ 135# – 14:15 …kinda wish I could get some sort of credit for all my cleans & behind the neck jerks today too. And, Camille is a beast.

      Wow Jaime – 135# is crazy. Are you doing Grace at 135# Saturday?

        Thanks Dad. I don’t know yet..It’s been a long time since I did 95# Grace and not that long since I did 135# Grace, so I’m leaning towards normal weight for Saturday.

    Today’s WOD
    95# for OHS

    0ver 4 minute improvement from July using the same weight.

      Nice Adam. Huge improvement.

      95# in 8:50 for me. Some of the squats were marginal (actually most were marginal, some were just bad), but wanted to lift a heavier weight. Previously time I did 65#. This is a killer workout for me – major league oxygen deprivation.

    Today’s WOD – (65# OHS) – 5:13. Probably could’ve done more weight on OHS but wasn’t sure how they were going to go so played it safe while I’m getting back into it.
