Today’s WOD – 53:42. It took a long time! Had to hang onto a band for my pistol squats. I took me forever, but I did get all 35 muscle ups. During the last two rounds, I was making a lot of attempts to get a muscle up.

Haha…freestanding HSPU’s in the middle of the parking lot would have been pretty BA. I’ll try to work those in next time.
