    Did Lindsay’s birthday WOD. Suprisingly difficult! Did not do it rx’d. I did 30 second handstand holds instead of the walk. My shoulders got smoked so fast. 7:32.

      haha, yes I hated my programing on the last set of MU/dips. Took me a minute and a half to get the last 2 dips because I kept failing on the MU. I think my time was in the 7:30s
