While I was doing my pistols one round, I saw Jim do his first kipping HSPU …….. WOOHOO!

Yesterday’s WOD Rx’d – 8 rds + 100m
400m Run
10 L-Pull ups
15 Back Extensions w/25# plate
20 Sit-ups w/25# plate
It’s easier for me to hold the L position than it is to lock out at the bottom on the pull ups…
Billy fast….and he reminded me that the WOD called for 15 back extensions and 20 situps w/25#; NOT 25 back extensions and 25 sit ups w/ 25# like I did for some reason! Once again, I’m an idiot…I’m guessing I would have got 9, 10 or maybe even 25 rounds in if I would have done the right number of reps….we’ll just call it 25 rounds to play it safe.
Oh 25 easily, Ash…because those were totally the hardest part of the workout! Holy cow on all the MUs today too.

Wed WOD: not rx’d – Kipping Pullups (instead of L), 25# plate for back extensions and situps: 7 rounds plus 320m run.
