    Worked up to 235 2X. Got 245 once (which is my 1 rep max). Then did 2 min challenge = 45 reps.

    AMRAP in 10 min of:

    Front Squat 10×2. Max was 180 (PR by 25#), and Ash gave me the OK on full range of motion which has been my issue on the squat lifts – thanks Ash. 185(f).

    TTB 2-min challenge – 35.

    FS: 155 x 2. Failed on the 2nd rep of 160 a few times.

    TTB: 44. I think I’ll try this again with more of a strategy.

    Jaime – the final UFC event, girls just had to hang from the bar (lame) and complete 50 dips and squat snatches were 95#. Guys was chest to bar hold and 75 dips.

    Old 1 rep max was 140
    2 min TTB – 30 Sure wish I didn’t have to double clutch on these….one of these days I’ll figure it out.

    Week 2 back and I continue to see how much ground I have to make up to get close to where I was 4 months ago….
    Last night – Diane rx’d (kipping HSPU with abmat/plates): 24:04
    Today – Front squat: 105# x 2 (:() was max and T2B: 39

    Front Squats:
    95,105,115,125,135,145,155,165(1,f)165,175(f),170. Was aiming for 180. But once again, I came up short.
    Well this was straight up ugly, 34. It was hard to explain my method. It wasn’t quite toes to bar. It was like a crazy overextended knee raise.
    Jaime, this will be improved. Ha 🙂
