    Modified WOD: 10 muscle ups (I did 4 and then did 18 ring dips and pull ups), 30 30 inch box jumps, 800 m run, 10 HSPUs, 30 pull ups, 10 thrusters, and 1 rope climb. 19:49 I think. Failed on 3 muscle up attempts before I went to ring dips and pull ups.

    Last night –
    Muscle Snatch 5×1: 65-85-90-95-95 (they were ugly thou)
    Power Snatch 5×3: 85-95-100-105(2,f)-105
    Squat Snatch 5×5: 85-95-100-105(4,f)-105(dropped the bar each time)
    “Carse” as Rx’d – 23:39
    Thank goodness for rest day today, my legs are SMOKED…stairs are super scary!

      You are bananas lady :o) Awesome job as usual though! Thanks for all the coaching this a.m. Snatch, kipping HSPU, butterfly p/u, dus, m/u are all on the ever growing list. Lucky 4 me I have such patient trainers.

    14 Box Jump 30″
    10 KB Snatch 1.5 pood

    4 rds + 12 box jumps = 108 reps
    3 rds 400m run + 15 GHDs: 7:46
