CrossFit Games Open 11.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders (90 Singles) (60 Singles)
15 Power snatches or Ground-to-Overhead (75/55) (55/45) (45/35)

The Power snatch loads are as follows:
Men and Masters Men 45-49, 50-54: 75lbs/35kg
Women and Masters Women 45-54: 55lbs/25kg
Masters Men 55-59, 60+: 65lbs/30kg
Masters Women 55-59, 60+: 45lbs/20kg

Jason Khalipa 7 rounds + 3 snatches, Laurie Galassi 6 rounds + 27 double-unders (25kg).

    10 Wall Balls
    10 TTB
    10 24″ Box Jumps – 12 Rds + 2 Box Jumps

    Games Open 11.1 – 5 rounds 5 DU’s. Suck at DU’s. Doubly suck at DU’s when I am tired.

    Games Open 11.1 – 4 rounds plus 1 double under (beat my March attempt by 1 rep…kind of sad about that). In my peripheral vision, I was watching Adam S. run away from me. I could NOT do a double under to save my life today. Suckage.

    Decided to work on my muscle ups. Bobby and Justin said that I should try one for real (after I had adequately sat on my butt pretending to do muscles ups). I grabbed the rings, gave a swing, kipped like a mofo, and out of NOWHERE, I found myself on top of my hands…ready to press up. Muscle up magic. I even did another one so that Bobby could video. I’m feelin’ pretty cocky right now…that’ll last until someone says “overhead squats”. Thanks for the coaching Bobby, Jaime, and Justin! 515 rocks.

    then
    Deadlifts 5X3: 365, 375, 385, 395, 405

    Muscle Up Annie:
    50 Double Unders
    5 Muscle Ups
    40 Double Unders
    4 Muscle Ups…and so on until 10 DU and 1 MU – 7:21…Muscle ups just weren’t falling right today

    Then… Grace – 2:56. A 37 second PR. The different strategy definitely helped.
