    3×5 Deadlift: 225, 295, 315, 335, 345(f). PR of 15#.

    Then did a 2 minute challenge with Jaime: 20 in. box jumps. I did 80, but was schooled, Jaime did 100.

    Deadlifts last night – 245# x 3 then went for 1 rep max and got 295# (rainbow deadlift) then 300# 🙂

    This morning

    DB push press (25#)
    GHD sit ups
    hand release push ups – 4:58

    Better than last time but I still think I can do much better. Didn’t have that push this morning…

    Then did tabata pushups. Stupid me.

    “Santiago” rx’d (sort of). Didn’t have enough 35lb dumbells so I traded off using the 40lb for one round and then the 30lb for the next round alternating. Took me 44:49. Ridiculous. Never will do this WOD again. Bart killed it however!!
