    Googling. Regardng our conversation this morning: 1600 m. equals 5,249.34 feet or about 30 feet short of an actual mile (5,280 feet).

    Today’s WOD Rx’d – 11 Rounds + 10. I agree….TTB got pretty horrible. Back, hands, and biceps were still pretty tore up from “Lynne” yesterday but good workout.
