Jaime, thanks for demanding that I put MUs in the workout today. I certainly surprised myself. Jim, no thanks for placing RX weight on your bar while I had been all set to go at a lower weight, you’re not supposed to do that at age 56 (Happy B-day). I went to the gym planning to focus on my GHDs and running, that did not happen:)

SO AWESOME, Bob!!! You truly impressed me this morning. When I “suggested” 2 per round, I did not expect you to get up there the first round and do 2 in a row. I guess next time I’ll “demand” that you do at least 3 per round! Or better yet, 30 for time.
Very impressive on those muscle ups, Bob! I had plenty of time to watch you do them as I was struggling with the ring dips.
