    Last night, redo of deadlifts from last week (10×2 w 60 sec rest between sets): 265-265-265-265-275-275-285-295-305-315

    Congrats on doing some ‘real’ kipping pullups this morning, Mom 😉 Haha

    Didn’t feel like I got much out of yesterday’s WOD, so last night did :
    Three rounds of 40 DU’s, 30 (53#) KB Swings, and 20 Ring Push Ups – 5:43

    I did the whole thing unbroken which felt really good…then a quick 20 C&J’s at 135.

    Missed this morning cause of work, so I’ll be at the night class today.
