    Yep, I wore out Bobby’s Jack Russell Terrier …… and that is not an easy thing to do.

    OHS – 95,105,115,125,135 (10# PR)
    FS – 225,235,245,255,265 (5# PR)
    BS – 275,295,315,335 (10# PR), 350(f)

    PR Trifecta!!!

      Haha…I knew you’d get it eventually 🙂 You forgot to mention that you got TWO 20# PRs in the same lift (shoulder-to-overhead and overhead squat)! Very cool.

    OHS: 145-155-165-170(9/10 rep = fail)-170(FULL rep & 5# PR)
    FS: 170-175-180(5# PR)-185(f)-185(f)
    BS: 195-210-225-235(f)-230(failed like 10 times)

    Felt good about being able to get 170# above my head and did the first overhead squat, stood up and took a step before I was completely still and lost it behind 🙁 …Bobby said he would have given it to me if he were being generous, but this was after I already didn’t give it to myself. So I did it again – for real! 🙂 I’m happy with 2 out of 3 PRs (and tied my 3rd one on BS), especially since none of my old PRs were from very long ago!

    Last few reps of BS were a little unorthodox, but I’m counting them.

    FS – 150-155-160-165-170 (25# PR)
    BS – failed on 175# like a dozen times and finally got it (5# PR)
