    Thrusters: 95-100-105-110-115(2)-120(2)-115. Old 1 rep max was 115

    Black wod rx’d – 5:10. Ouch

    Left hand and wrist was really hurting today, so went up to 185 (x3) and decided to call it quits. Then black WOD as Rx’d 6:45.

    Thrusters – Got up to 165# and only did 5 sets. I am sick of thrusters! I have done 4 workouts with thrusters in the last week. I’m good for a while.

    WOD – 5:03…shins are still nice and tight from FGB and yesterday.

    Thrusters: 105-125-135-145(1,F)-145-155(F)-155(F)
    I was thinking my previous 1 rep max was 155, so I was frustrated I couldn’t get it this morning, but it was 150, so that made me feel a lot better about 145 for 3 reps.

    Last Thursday: Black WOD as Rx’d – 5:31
    So, today: “Meadows” – 39:40, not Rx’d (did strict HSPUs on the ground instead of ring HSPUs)
