Jumping alternating lunge, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

    Today’s WOD Rx’d = 86 pp, 108 lunges. There was a couple of times I didn’t think I would make it back up….felt like the Tin Man. “Oil!”

    Air Force WOD – 6:46. Legs were SO tired, I had absolutely no push, and dumb to do before 515 wod … but still 8 sec faster than on 3/12/2011.
