–  Jaime  – 225# Back Squat
–  Jaime – 335# Deadlift
–  Bobby – 365# Back Squat (about 10# over Double Bodyweight)
–  Dawn – 127.5# Deadlift
–  Jodi – 255# Deadlift

    Crossfit Total Day = BS 280 (pr by 15 lbs), SP 145, DL 365 (pr by 10 lbs) = 790. Just can’t quite get to my 800 goal 🙁

    And then….5 minute amrap 30 double unders and 20, 30 in. box jumps = 3 rounds + 30 du’s and 18 box jumps.

    Did the 3 cleans 20 burpees workout (5 rnds) with 225lbs. Time = 10:42. I know it was mid tens but maybe one of the coaches can confirm for me. Oh, and I hate burpees.

    Saturday’s 10 min AMRAP, 15 wallballs and rope climb. 8 rds + 11 wallballs.

    Crossfit Total= 860lbs. BS 265lbs (low squat), Strick Shoulder Press 170lbs (PR), and 425 DL (PR).

    then

    3 cleans/20 burpees WOD- 205lbs power cleans – 12:44
