    Saturday: Warrior Dash – If you pay attention to flawed systems like “Official Overall Results”, I got 3rd, but I am claiming 2nd right behind ol’ Roberto. I had a huge lead in front of the 3rd place guy until my warrior/killing instincts kicked in and I got lost off the trail in search of prey. Still got a sweet Tomahawk to be worshipped at the 515!

    Sunday AM: Wall ball/Rope climb AMRAP – 9 rds + 15 wallballs

    Sunday PM: Power Clean/Burpee WOD – 7:49 (used 185#)

    Today: Mr. Joshua – 23:00 🙁

    Much needed rest day tomorrow. My legs are still fried from the Warrior Dash and the hunting that ensued with said Tomahawk.

    Bob Jennings and I did the Urban Assault ride on Sunday, and finished in 8th of 380 times posted, and reportedly around 600 teams competing.

    It was great fun. Jennings and I kicked butt wearing the CrossFit515 colors and team name.

    Highly recommended for you bikers next year.

    Clean/burpee WOD 10:42 105# felt great to be back at the 515! Awesome job to Dawn and Jaime today getting crazy PRs on the Crossfit Total!

    CFT: Back squat 225# (PR by 20#), Shoulder press 100#, Deadlift 335# (PR by 20#) = 660 (PR by 70# on CFT)
    I’m super excited!!! Everything felt easy too 🙂 Went to see Lance before, so his voodoo magic must have made me extra strong today, haha.
