    Tuesday’s wod. 5 rds of: 40 double unders, 30 box jumps (24 in.), and 20 kb swings (53 lbs.). 19:37. Good workout.

    Did Nancy this AM…13:25. Then did a 10 minute squat with Bobby & Jaime. That was fun.

    Death by HSPU and Pull-ups from the other day:
    10 rounds of HSUP and 16 rounds of Pull-ups
    then 10 min squat

    Annie – 8:58 Since I was feeling pretty good about how my DUs went the other day I decided I should give Annie a shot since I hadn’t done it since December. Now I’m almost to the point where I actually like DUs. PR by over 4 minutes (that’s actually a bit embarrassing….obviously my old PR was not impressive)
    Then 10 min squat….I agree with John, that was fun!
