    Awesome picture! What are you supposed to do in that gym since you can’t do; push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, run, bike, row, olympic lifts, power lifts, jump rope, and on, and on…….I think someone should file a discrimination lawsuit!

    For Time: 500 double unders, w 3 power cleans (185/125) every min on the min
    As Rx’d – 11:50
    New max DU PR to start (112) and then I had to stop at 1min to do cleans
