    MU / air squat wod rx’d – 20:47. It was going pretty well until 14 minutes in when I had 5 muscles ups left in round 3 … then my hand ripped, I failed on the dip a few times, and it took me 5 minutes to do the last 5 MUs 🙁

    Yesterday:
    MU/Squat wod as Rx’d – 19:40 (36 is the most MUs I’ve done in a workout, and I beat my old 30 for time during it by like a min – 15:25)

    Shoulder Press 5×5: 65-75-85-95(3,f)-90

    “Tommy V” as Rx’d – 18:45 (by far the most rope climbs I’ve done in one day)

    And I’m sticking with a rest day today!

    MU / air squat wod Rx’d – 16:54.

    Got my first 8 MU’s in a row, which felt pretty good…then they started getting much slower.

    Yesterday – “818” – 10:36 (Got 16:24 when I did it on 3/5/11)
    and Bravo Delta #2 – 10:06

    Today – Attempted the MU/Squat workout with lot’s of FAIL. MU not feeling good at all and re-ripped open my hands. Will give this another go when they heal…as for now a big fat DNF!

    3 rounds for time. 500 m. row (substitute 2nd round with a 400 m. run), 10 245# deadlift, 20 double unders, and 20 ghd situps. 16:03.

    You Challengender – 14:50, I really really wanna win this one so I can make up a workout
