WOD

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one handstand push-up the first minute, two pull-ups and two handstand push-ups the second minute, three pull-ups and three handstand push-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes successfully completed for each exercise to comments. Their sum is your score.

Black – HSPU’s (kipping allowed) and Pull Ups
Blue – HSPU’s (head to ab-mat) and Pull Ups with Band
Grey – HSPU’s (feet on box) and Pull Ups with Band

    Today’s wod helped my hurting shoulders from all of those ring push-ups. Now I can’t feel my arms at all!
    18 rounds pull ups (10 in the 19th) + 10 rounds hspu’s + 1 tore hand.
    I count that as 29 but I think technically I got 28.

    on 12/8/10:
    5 rounds + 3 deadlifts @ (245# – 275#)

    Death by PUs/HSPUs rx’d: 26 (18 PU + 8 HSPU), got 7 pull ups on my 19th round I think. Should have been able to go at least another round on HSPUs.

    Death by PUs/HSPUs Rx’d – 31 (20 PU + 11 HSPU)

    Behind the Neck Jerk – 185, 225, 235, 255, 275, 300(f), 300(f). I had the right arm fully locked on the last try at 300. Next time for sure.
