    12 min AMRAP DL and 400 m run WOD for today at 395lbs. Did 5 rounds plus 250 meters of round 6’s run. Felt good. Then contemplated cutting off my legs to have a chance at that Rob Orlando 50 workout. Good luck Jaime.

      Oh I get it, so you could do the bench press, right??? Since that’s what you were worried about being able to do BW for, just like me 😉

    Run/DL AMRAP @275# — 5 Rds + 300m

    Run/deadlift amrap with 205# – 6 rounds + about 25m (however far I ran in 9 seconds). On 12/8/10, I did this with 185# and got 5 rounds even … stronger and faster 🙂

    Max Pullups – 45 (PR by 4).. I really need to work on getting a little higher on my butterfly pullups thou.
    Then,
    Craziness 50’s WOD – 1:44:44 (105# bench (~70% BW), 225# DL, 145# for everything else) I’ll steal Bobby’s line from this morning and say “it’s a good thing my goal was an hour 45 min” haha 🙂 What a silly workout.

      Max Pull Ups – 89 🙁 100 will come (107 actually right Lindsay)

      Then,
      Dumb Orlando WOD – 2:07:?? (used 185 and 275 but actually weight a little under 180) didn’t feel strong at the beginning middle or end 🙁
