    ’08 Games DL/Burpee WOD: 3:44 – Got 4:24 when we did it last October.

    I accidentally dropped the bar on the second round…it’s crazy how much more that extra negative takes out of you on the deadlift by not dropping the bar.

    Rope Ascent/Clean and Jerk: 16:02. Scaled clean and jerks as 125, 135, 145, 155, 165. Failed on 165.
