    Did the row/rest wod from yesterday = 1:39, 1:42, 1:51, 1:57. Ouch.

    5 x 3 overhead squats: 95, 105, 115, 115, 125. I don’t think you can really call what I do an overhead squat. It’s uncomfortable to watch…even for me. But, inch by inch, the required flexibility is coming.

    5 rounds of 5 deadlifts (275#) and 10 burpees: 6:54.

    OHS: 115-125-135-145-155-165(1)
    Not sure why I didn’t even try to do more than 1 @ 165, oh well. The most I’d ever done on OHS before was 150, so I’m pleased, especially considering how sore my legs are from the last few days!

    OHS: 155, 165, 175, 185, 205
    I’ve never been able to get 205 even once and three times was pretty easy today. Shoulders were pretty sore from yesterday so shut it down.

    DL/Burpee WOD as Rx’d – 3:23

    OHS: 175, 205 (did a bunch of warm up sets and 205 felt pretty easy, then I failed at getting 225 and 215 over my head and got frustrated, then did 185# for 10 reps and think I can do more)

    DL/Burpee WOD as Rx’d – 3:09 (Deadlift felt heavy and Burpees felt slow, tomorrow is a MUCH needed rest day)

    Plan for Thursday is to attempt 100 pull-ups and then do Rob Orlando’s CRAZINESS 50’s WOD!

        Rob Orlando
        Hybrid’s 50 Challenge WOD–50 reps of each movement in order without partitioning. Bench press, Back squat, Deadlift, Push Jerk, and Hang clean. All work is done with body weight on the bar…except the deadlift which is 1.5x body weight. I did it today with 190(285 for the deads) in 37:31. I used lifting straps on the cleans because my hands were too sweaty to grip the bar…chalk just clumped up.
