      Masters Event 5 (finals):
      For time-
      Row 500m
      Bike 500m
      20 burpee box jumps (20″)
      Carry jugs length of stadium

      Masters start at 12:30pm central time. Shelley will be in 2nd group, so prob like 12:45. In the stadium!!

    2011 Games event 4 rx’d – 12:52. Deadlifts standing on a 45# plate. Need to get better at stringing MUs together in the middle of workouts

    Yesterday: ’11 Games Event 3 – Not Rx’d – 10:25, loads = 135,145,155,165,175…then after got a C&J PR of 185#

    Today: Rx’d (deadlifts on 45# plate) – 10:57

    Todays workout 20:10 pull ups and dips, and 125# deadlifts

    I’m just going to put it out there that Shelley Noyce is my idol and I want to be as fit as her when I grow up! Way to go Shelley it was so much fun to watch you compete. Can’t wait to celebrate when you get back!
