      I am still wondering how you stack 7 plates on your back and get them to stay without 5 people holding them. That is crazy weight.

          Yep, got it all on video! I honestly think it might have been harder for Brian and Frankie to stack all the weight on your back then it was for you to actually do the pushup…still looked easy!! One of the craziest things I’ve ever seen before, for sure!

    1K Row in 3:34.8 (PR by almost 25 seconds)

    Got all the Ragbrai WOD’s figured out for Garrett, Nate & I 🙂
    Bought a 44lb Kettle Bell and doing a shit ton of Burpees and Bike Overhead Squats…will miss everybody!
