    I am not good at box jumps. Anywho, as RX’d 7:35 for the 21-15-9 box jumps, 2 poo 🙂 KB, and situp to standup.

    15 min snatches – started at 85, got 105 a few times (PR by 10#), then failed at 110 several times but feel like I can get it
    Then
    100 pull ups, working on butterfly – 5:01. PR by over a minute
