    Then got destroyed by Z in some Crossfit competition WOD. I hate hand release pushups

    Workouts Bobby found for some competition in Penn this weekend.

    Wod 1 rx’d – 5:57
    3 rounds
    25 overhead squats (95/65)
    Run 200 yards

    then, about 45 minutes later

    Wod 2 rx’d – 6:16
    5 rounds
    10 unbroken* hang cleans (135/85)
    15 hand release push ups
    *5 burpee penalty

    Going back for wod 3 after work
    21-15-9
    box jump (24″/20″)
    kettlebell swings (2 pd/1.5)
    sit ups to stand up

      Forgot I was gonna put this up before until Bobby asked me: Previous “Josh” time was 24:16 on 3/1/10 (2 months after starting CrossFit) and I think this was my 2nd workout ever doing pullups with no band.

      Front Squats 1-10-1-20-1-30:
      170-145-175(5# PR)-135-180(f)-115

      30-20-10 round reps of:
      5 times DUs
      Abmat situps
      Wallballs (20/14)
      9:32 as Rx’d

    185#-165#, 205#-155#, 225#-135#

    “Josh” as Rx’d – 3:47 (previous time on 3/1/10 – 8:40, think that might have been the 1st time I did 95# Overhead Squats)

    I feel like I should have been able to do 225, just not today I guess…
