    Joined Jaime today for her god-awful birthday workout 🙂 My second mile time was nothing short of embarrassing. On a positive note, I think I did this sucker 12-15 minutes faster than last year…can’t remember my exact time- think it took me around 47-50 minutes. Happy birthday Jaime- thanks for kicking my tail! 🙂

    Today’s time- 35:03 (I think?)

    Black WOD as Rx’d – 17:58 (with Ring Push Ups because of palms)
    Both quads started to cramp up from squats in the morning and the heat, got pretty scarry
