    Helen: 8:29 … Had only done this wod once back in October and got 8:56
    Then
    Completed Flight Simulator wod! 29:something. Wasn’t focused on my time, just wanted to actually complete it because I had started it a couple times before and got frustrated and quit.

    Happy birthday, Jaime!!! I have a feeling 28 will be a good year for you 🙂

    100 clean and jerks was a bit too intimidating for me so I gave “Grace” a go at the prescribed weight (a first for me) – 10:38

    Happy Birthday Jamie! Glad the biking posse stopped by to wish u a happy birthday in person 🙂 I am riding a 102 mile bike ride monday so I wont be in to 515 but I will make up your Birthday WOD this week sometime….looks right up my alley!

    Ran a 5k to a track then did a few 100 yard sprints, then a 400, then some stadium jumping crap, then ran a 5k home. Legs were jello-y on the run home.

    Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes…it’s been a pretty perfect day so far 🙂
    100 C&J for time as rxd – 11:44 …definitely my kind of workout, good idea Bobby!
    1.5 mile time trial on track – 9:53
    100m handstand walk – 16:14..half on the HOT track & half on the uneven infield grass = bad idea all around, but Justin was right, it will make handstand walks feel very easy in the gym! At least I didn’t burn my hands to blister as much as Bobby 🙁
    Then relaxed by the pool, and next is sausage wrapped in bacon for dinner! Great birthday!!

    Weighted pull ups got to 35.7 failed on 40.2.
    Then ran a 1 1/2 for time got 10:31 (thanks to my pacers jaime and bobby) lookin to go under 10 by preseason. I wonder if my coach would let you guys come a run with me.

    Again happy birthday Jaime the birthday dinner was AMAZING!
