    Make up WOD – 13:06
    Run 800m
    30 MU – 7:23
    Run 800m

    PR in 30 MU by 4:00. The first time I have done 30 MU with any sort of strategy and it paid off. Previous times:

    2/5/11 – 13:25
    4/1/11 – 11:25
    7/1/11 – 7:23

    Then worked on HSPU and actually felt good about them. It was a good way to start off the long weekend…

    w/ 405# dead lift and 205# Squat Cleans
