    Filthy Fifty Rx’d for the first time – 37:37. DFL.

    Felt good until the knees to elbows, and then it was a struggle to the end; especially the wallball.

    Bobby – It’s crazy watching you do that in 13:06 right after it took me almost 3 times that long. I think you didn’t get my “I’m tired, this hurts, and I need to rest” gene.

    Jennings – Great day for you. On the record wall for Filthy Fifty, and improved your record for DUs at the same time. Boomsauce!!

    I know this could classify me as nuts, but that was fun.

    Keep forgetting to put this up! Details for the BBQ:
    This Friday, July 1 (like in 2 days), after class (so like 6:30-7:00 ish) we plan to grill out at the gym. Bring your meat to grill and a side dish to share, and whatever you want to drink. We also have a fun partner WOD planned for Saturday morning! Both should be pretty SUAWESOME 🙂
    And don’t forget: no class Sunday and only class on Monday is 3:00pm. Happy 4th of July!

    This was my first time getting filthy…definitely not Suawesome! I was going strong until the wallballs and for some reason I did about three 2 for 1 wallballs, apparently those were engrained in my head after the last time we did them and, yep, it’s official…I hate them.

    I did manage to string together 26 DU’s on this workout somehow…that would be a PR for me!
