    Yesterday:
    Regionals WOD 5 (“Amanda”) – 4 MUs in 15:00 time cap 🙁
    Regionals WOD 6 – 14:14

    Pretty disappointed with both of these performances, especially Amanda. But even still, I would have hypothetically ended tied for 5th in regionals (1 pt out of 4th).
    I am SO tired and sore and very glad today is a rest day for me. Thanks again for doing that with me, Z, Justin & Bobby – it was fun 🙂 Made me even more excited to go do some more competitions!

      The weekend was really fun! A big slice of humble pie for me but I definately think I can get in the mix with some more time, training…and BACON!!

    Saturdays WOD Rx’d: 800m run 30 muscle-ups and 800m run = 16:12

    I was fairly happy with my time considering last time I did just 30MUs for time it took longer than todays WOD.

    Also made it 7 squares walking on my hands today (22 feet) – I’m actually looking forward to the next WOD that includes handstand walks.

    Saturday’s WOD Rx’d – 19:28

    800m Run – 30 MU’s – 800m Run

    First time I’ve done 30 muscle ups…I couldn’t get my rythm down in the begining, but I picked it up on the last 20 or so.

    Sunday’s WOD Rx’d – 800m, 30 Snatches, 800m = 9:50
    Snatches @ 95#

    Form is getting better, slowly…

    Came in last night with the group and did Crossfit Games Regional WOD 11.6 – 10:44

    Then today over lunch did 11.4 – 23:25. This was over a 3 minute PR from earlier in the month and I think I could have shaved another couple minutes off if I was going next to someone….hint, hint Bobby 🙂

    Isabel time was 5:23 which isnt a PR but not too bad…
