Also- I think Z, Justin, Bart (maybe) and I are still planning to do the 6 individual regional wods this weekend (tomorrow, saturday and sunday – 2 each day). Anyone else want to join us for all or some of them?
My goal is to not hit the time cap in at least one of the workouts haha…somebody else needs to join as I get crushed by Jaime and Z!
I would’ve loved to come for these this weekend except my brother is visiting from Germany. Have fun with them all!!!

Not really sure why I did this to myself today, but I’m glad it’s over!!!
Whoa, that looks brutal! You must have needed lots of the CF power to bring the suawesomeness to that wod.
It definitely is one to bring the CF power to! It hurt afterwards like FRAN and made my lungs feel like they were bleeding like after HELEN.
At least your suawesome effort earned you a spot up on the record board 🙂

Lance and I did some workout, no name. Run 800, 21 KB swings (53lbs), 21 push ups (hands off), 21 sit ups, run 400, 15 KB, 15 PU’s, 15 SU’s, run 200, 9 KB, 9, PU’s, 9 SU’s. I think I hit 10:00.
9:59 actually 🙂 Fun to watch u guys go head to head.
Ahhhh, under 10:00 nice. I like competing when I don’t totally get outclassed. 🙂 That is why Lance and I will never do a heavy DL competition.
