obviously my lack of suawesome-ness this morning is affecting my life outside the gym…
Lack of suawesomeness is most commonly attributed to not obtaining the CF power the night before a WOD…you’ll have to take that up with Z 🙂
There is alot of scientific research to back this theory….as a scientist, I can tell you this theory is a FACT!!!!
Deadlift: 205-225-235-245(1.f)-235 … 1rm is 265 and old 3rm was 225, should have gotten at least 245 … didn’t feel strong today

Yea, I wouldn’t be sorry either. Good job! I’ll start hiding my times from now on unless we go head to head….or I just need to start putting up times you can’t beat, even if you do know them 🙂
Tabata ghd sit ups – 10
I am as strong as a 15 yr old. Nice. 3 reps at 435lbs. Then did the “and then…” in 10:46. Toes 2 bar wrecked my time.

WOD – 11:30 rx’d.
Don’t know what my problem is…haven’t felt “with it” over the past week or so. Need a kick in the a$$.

315 was a new 1 rep PR for me…and my 3rd of 4 parts of King Kong that I can do now!! I’m pretty sure I have the toughest one left to tackle thou. 175# squat cleans, here I come 🙂

Today was the first time I’d ever put more than 315 on the bar for deadlifts…I’d never done deadlift until I came to Crossfit515 so I have alot of room to improve.
Did my Wendler Back Squat because I did Deadlifts on Monday

290 x 8 (felt pretty good about this cause my body is pretty worn down)

Black WOD as Rx’d – 6:42, got to the KB Swings in about 2:20 so I give myself a big 🙁
I did the back squats unbroken pretty easily though, on a bright note
Black WOD as Rx’d AGAIN – 5:59, still not happy with this 🙁
Then Tabata GHD Sit-Ups – 11
Deadlifts – 295, 315, 325, 335, 355 (1, f)
I did my strength training which was:
Bench 5 x1 – 255, 275, 295, 315, 335
Then Black WOD as Rx’d – 5:43. I’m just glad I beat Hobart’s femmy a$$ on this one.
