    Double unders and double squat wallball torture exercises WOD = 10:34. Then death by push ups every 30 sec = 14 rounds + 8.

    I did the first 50 DUs unbroken which is a PR for me. Nice way to come back after vacation last week.

    I hated this WOD…I couldn’t feel my legs after the first round and had to do DU’s in ones, twos, and three’s – Black WOD Rx’d – 9:50

    Yeah I’m going to go with everyone else on this and say I felt like I was onthe suckwagon the entire time. Black WOD Rx’d – 8:26

    Then deadlift 5×1 – 315, 365, 386, 405, 415
