Visited CFSanta Cruz this morning. Great people and great facility. The WOD was not so great for me.
    3 rounds:
    12 Turkish get ups (45/30)
    12 power snatches (45/30)
    12 weighted pull ups

    JV – 18:15
    LV – 21:34

Really struggled holding the dumbbell during the pull ups, need to work on that. Beach wod in about in hour…

  14. Jim says:

    June goals:

    30 consecutive DUs
    20 consecutive pull-ups

Longer-term goal. Dead lift 50% of mile time. Ran a 6:50 on Saturday morning, and then a 290# deadlift (PR). So, that means 6:20 to 6:30 mile, followed by a 310 to 315 DL. I hope this CrossFit stuff continues to work.

  15. Ben says:

Badger Bomb – 14:39 not a good day for me at all. Sluggish.

  16. John Jackovin says:

Badger workout. 13:18. Cleans were the easiest. Still despise overhead anything.

    Log Deadlifts
    L arm squat snatches
    Burpees

-Running 25 meters between each movement and to start and finish the wod.

    LV – 11:40
