    1 hour bike ride this morning
    Then stopped in to work on rope climb skills.

    Successfully completed my first 2 rope climbs

    Pull-ups and burpees, pull-ups and burpees, and on and on and on. Never done 150 of either one in a workout before, let alone both. 42:00, but it’s a PR.

      “Ultimate Athlete Challenge” – Mile Run 5:53 (5 second PR!), then Deadlift 300# (just over 4:00 later)

      Then did “DT” at lunch w Lance. 6:53 as Rx’d- PR by 2:40, but still lost by one push jerk. Lots of fun, thanks for joining to push me, Lance!
      Also thought this was crazy..my previous ‘DT’ times:
      15:29 on 2/5/10 -not Rx’d (90#)
      16:22 on 4/9/10 -first time Rx’d (105#)
      9:33 on 10/6/10
      13:13 on 1/17/11 -in a boot w my broken foot
      6:53 today 🙂

      I told the little man I’d take him to the pool so I’m out today. Looking forward to starting the new workout tomorrow though.

    30 MU’s – 8:37. First time I’ve actually completed the whole WOD. I’ll take it. It can only get better.

    Then did:
    400 m run
    10-1 of =Wall balls (20#) and GHD situps
    400 m run

      I need to do the 30 MU WOD sometime…I need to work on my technique. The way I’m doing it now, I don’t know if I could make it through the whole WOD.
