    Hey Meghan, you up for our Soccer Challenge #1 tomorrow? I’m guessing you aren’t real excited for a crap ton (ya it’s a word – http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=crap+ton) more pull-ups after today 🙂
    Or we can postpone it if you’re scared………..

    Our team represented us well. I just want to let everyone know that if we had been in any of the other 3 regionals this weekend, team Crossfit515 would be headed to the games in California (the North Central region is tough) …….. But 2012 will be our year!

    Today’s WOD = 24:32
    I think it would have been easier if my arms would extend fully after the first 90 pull ups. OUCH.

    Black wod rx’d – 19:21 … my shoulder hates me for doing that many pull-ups, but I couldn’t pass up this wod. I like burpees 🙂
