    I strongly suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt or some type of protection on the outside of the arms…mine are a little torn up from the straps

    WOD 1 – 9:49, my plan is to break the HSPU’s up in 8-7-6-5-4, hopefully every 20-30 seconds, goal is to finish them in under 2 minutes. I want to go sub-9 next Friday.

    WOD 2 – failed at 205# thruster from the floor, goal is 205 and maybe 215 if I can go into super-Saiyan mode at the competition. Anyone get that reference?

    I think I did it in 18:24 but 5 of the HSPU’s were weenie ones on the box. I need to drop 70 lbs to make them easier. 🙂

    Went over lunch today and did regionals WOD 2 – Thruster Ladder: 105-115-125-130-135-140-145-150(fail)
    Felt really good up to 150 and I cleaned the 150, but couldn’t get it all the way overheard. I WILL get 150 next Friday, and my goal will be 155 (in my super-Saiyan mode…whatever that is, haha)!
    This kinda made me want to do max clean soon, since my clean PR last time was 150 and it went up pretty easy.

    Gonna try WOD 3 tonight too.

      Okay…just to be specific, you’re going to have to become alien to transform to super Saiyan mode. That’s the easy part. The hard part is that only the pure of heart may transform. I’ve only done it once or twice, but when you do….kick a$$!
