Deadlift, 3 reps (275/185) (185/135) (135/95)
Push press, 7 reps (115/75) (75/55) (55/35)

Ken Gall 9 rounds + 3 push press, Lucas Brainerd 7 rounds.

    Very sore from doing CFT, yesterday’s wod, and team practice all yesterday. BTW, our team is going to be AWESOME! 🙂

    Today’s WOD as Rx’d – 7rds and 1 DL. Still working on my DL strength…I’ve got some work to do in that catagorie.

      Oh yeah…and Ash made me do a second WOD…Bobby! Why did you let us do that…that was a terrible idea. As evidence by when my calf nearly exploded after I finished.

      I finished it in 19:27 but I traded out HSW’s for 30 sec hand stand holds for the last round so…no Rx’d.

    Then – Sunday’s WOD – 28:40…I need to keep working on handstand walks.

    Time – 9:42

    Noon – Nancy – RX – 14:08 (PR by 11 seconds over the last time when I used 1/2 the RX weight)
