Black/Blue/Grey WODs

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups (Chest-to-Bar) (Normal) (with Band)
10 Wall ball shots (20/16) (14/10) (10/6)
15 Kettlebell swings (53/35) (35/26) (26/18)

Kim Malz 9 rounds + 4 pull-up (16lb ball, 1.5pood). Post rounds completed to comments.

May “Cool” Board

***Make some goals for yourself for May
–  Kylie – 1st Kipping Pull Up EVER!!!
–  Mitch – Complete 30 MU’s For Time (42 min.)
–  Lance – 1st Rx’d Overhead Squat Workout (“Jeremy”)
–  Jaime – 2 Consecutive Muscle Ups
–  Mike – 5 Consecutive Kipping Pull Ups

    WOD as Rx’d = 10 rounds + 2 C2B pull ups
    I think that every possible spot on my hands that could tear tore today. Ouch.

    WOD as Rx’d: 9 rounds + 8 wallballs. The kettlebell swings really got to me.

    Vegas AMRAP of drinks in 72 hours with as little food and sleep as possible … lost count, but it was definitely rx’d

    Got back last night and did Saturday’s wod with 75# snatches and 24″ box jumps – a very ugly and painful 14:42. Coming at noon today

    Last night w Z did Saturday’s WOD w 75# snatches & 24# box jumps – 10:21…probably much harder than it should have been 😉

    Today’s Black WOD w 16# WB & 45# KB – 10 rounds + 1 pullup
    Felt surprisingly really good this morning! All unbroken, including C2B pullups…we’ve done enough lately, maybe I’ll actually start to get better at them.

    Still trying to decide if I can talk myself into doing the burpee/thruster wod tonight…..

    Black WOD – 10 Rounds + 10 WallBalls (25# WB, 70# KB) Those KB swings got HEAVY
