Looking forward to making this one up – can’t make it in today as am taking my team on an outing to an iCubs game…what a terrible thing to do on this beautiful afternoon. 🙂

Got back last night and did Saturday’s wod with 75# snatches and 24″ box jumps – a very ugly and painful 14:42. Coming at noon today

Felt surprisingly really good this morning! All unbroken, including C2B pullups…we’ve done enough lately, maybe I’ll actually start to get better at them.
Still trying to decide if I can talk myself into doing the burpee/thruster wod tonight…..
