–  Lance – 1st Rx’d Overhead Squat Workout (“Jeremy”)
–  Jaime – 2 Consecutive Muscle Ups

    Sunday’s WOD –
    5 Rounds
    15 Ring rows (24″ box)
    15 Bench (Rd 1-2 @ 155#, 3-5 @ 135#)
    15 Back Squat @ 225#

    All squats were unbroken, need to keep working on upper body strength.

    “Griff” – 13:27 PR by almost a minute…….running is so not my thing. I think I run almost as fast backwards as forwards.

    Then the 2 minute Beyond the Whiteboard challenge of Turkish getups…..15. I’m going to have to give this one another try. I actually liked it even though it was a bit discouraging doing it next to Jaime. Nice job Jaime!

      Great job Ash! I was actually very happy, MUs felt really good and I think this is the most I’ve actually done in a WOD before. BTW Ash, I forgive you for kicking me in the head, haha 😉

    This WOD destroyed me today! Went straight to the chiropractor afterwards 🙁 Not sure why I am the only one who thinks the squats is the hard part on this WOD and not the Bench….did all my bench press sets unbroken…got the first 46 squats RX then had to switch to 205 for the last 29…otherwise I might have been there for 2 hours….(my back squat max is 255 so 75 reps at 225 seemed a bit much….but I gave it a shot)
