    Porath, It is bogus that even with the vest on your still 30 pounds lighter than my actual body weight. No Excuses! 32.5 pound muslce up coming shortly! Will – I like the baby pack idea! I want video proof of anything above 45 pounds!

        That’s a little bit of a stretch…I did add another summer running goal…Sub 2:00 half mile. Always wanted to break 2 but never could…if our “track” around the building is as accurate as we think it is I may at least have a shot. Don’t worry Bobby, I’ve got a singlet and an extra pair of short shorts for you to wear

    1st time doing this WOD, turning around the first time was interesting. Quads are very confused….

    “Griff” as R’xd – 10:26 …the only time I’d done this before was on a treadmill last Feb and got 13:15, so big PR I guess. My legs are SO tired. Z, we really needed to go head to head on this one – next time!

    Then just for fun,
    3 rounds of: 10 power cleans (135/95), 1 rope climb, plus 1 rope climb every time you broke up cleans
    2:12 (I think) & no extra rope climbs

    Last night:
    Death by Clean & Jerk (95#) – 10 rounds + 10 …one away from being very happy about this
    Also got 2 consecutive MUs!! 🙂 I guess I need a new goal already for May, I think it will be 30 MUs for time…for completion, not really for time

    “Griff” as Rx’d – 8:35 (1 second PR), but my quads were screaming before I even started.

    Power Clean/Rope Climb WOD – 6:06 (used 165# and 1st rope climb with no feet), gotta get STRONGER

    Haha. I thought you had him…… until the WOD started! It was a good idea in theory.

    I just got Cael’s baseball schedule for Saturday. We have to be at the field in Clive at 2:15. I wasn’t sure what time you decided on trying to meet up but any time before that would work for me.

      Actually last minute change of plans for me- I’m headed to Vegas tomorrow with Lindsay. And I know Maloch is going to be gone on Saturday too. Hopefully some night next week for first official team practice…

    “Griff” – 12:00 -I can NOT run backwards to save my life.
    I call BS on the backwards run as a crossfit “functional” exercise…when would I ever need to run after someone backwards?
