Brian and I have been going back and forth with each other with the weighted muscle ups. Record right now stands at 30 lbs for a kip and 20 lbs for a strict between the two of us. Anyone is welcome to join and test their manliness….or womanliness!
Front Squats – 185 – 205 – 205 – 210 – 220(F after 2 reps)
Death by push ups every 30 sec – 13 rounds + 9.
only rule is that you have to rub it in when you get it! I obviously set the rubbing in bar high by posting the video!

Well consider the 45lb vest done tomorrow. Once I get that, I’ll just jump right up to 70lbs by putting you in one of those child backpacks and strapping you on my back.
Might need to throw in at least a 5 pounder to get to 70# 🙂

Sundays WOD as Rx’d – 33:20, definitely could have gone faster if I figured out a comfortable squat position sooner. Only positive things to come from this – I officially hate lifting shoes and am done trying to convince myself I like them, I did all the bench sets unbroken (which isn’t all that impressive in 33+ minutes haha), and I did my last set of squats unbroken which I think is a PR (pretty happy with that at least, after doing about 100 squats prior)

And nice work Dad on the new 100 pull ups for time record of 11:33 or something close to that! Bob, he told me his goal is to get your name off that entire board by the end of the year 🙂

(2) 100 Pullups for time in sub 5:00
(3) Bobby’s Mile/DL Challenge = Run 1 mile, then deadlift mile time in weight (50% for girls) within mile time.
IE If I run a 6:00 mile, I need to deadlift 300# within 6:00. (Mile PR – 5:57, DL PR – 305)
(4) Qualify for the CrossFit Games!!!! (this one is for the whole team 515)

Although most of my squats were not quite low enough. I think I fixed that by bringing me feet in from my extremely wide stance to a should width stance – Thanks for the help Jamie!
