Jesus WOD & BBQ Details

‘The Ultimate Hero WOD’ followed by a BBQ with fellow CrossFitters … a perfect Sunday?!?

THIS Sunday, 4/26 @ CrossFit 515

Jesus WOD at 2:00pm

Jesus WOD (The way of the Cross)
14 Rounds for time:
95/65 Barbell
10 Deadlifts
10 Squat cleans
10 Push Press
50 ft of Walking Lunges with barbell on back. Walk back to start point. At no point does the barbell touch the ground until after rounds 3, 7, and 9.
After Rounds 3, 7, and 9: complete 7 Turkish Get Ups 1.5/1 Pood (seven is the number of completion)
The WOD represents 14 stations of the Cross with the three time Jesus fell to the ground.

CrossFit 515 BBQ at 4:00pm

At CrossFit 515 gym. Please feel free to come early to watch and support everyone doing the Jesus WOD even if you do not wish to participate.

Grass-red beef is being provided by Wallace Farms (click here for more details).

Please bring a small side dish to share and anything you would like to drink.  Also, we will be grilling out in the back so if it’s nice, please bring a lawn chair.

Family & friends are welcome! We really hope to see a lot of people there on Sunday – this will be a great chance to eat good food, hopefully enjoy nice weather, and meet and socialize with the other 515 members, family and friends.
